- Smith Staffings does not guarantee the performance of placed candidates, though we strive for the highest quality placements
5. For Candidates
Candidates acknowledge that:
- Submission of a resume or application does not guarantee placement
- All information provided must be truthful and accurate
- Smith Staffings may share your information with potential employers with your consent
- Background checks and reference verification may be conducted as part of the placement process
6. Intellectual Property
