• Direct hiring of candidates introduced by Smith Staffings is subject to placement fee terms
• Smith Staffings does not guarantee the performance of placed candidates, though we strive for the highest quality placements

5. For Candidates

Candidates acknowledge that:

• Submission of a resume or application does not guarantee placement
• All information provided must be truthful and accurate
• Smith Staffings may share your information with potential employers with your consent
• Background checks and reference verification may be conducted as part of the placement process

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Smith Staffings website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Smith Staffings and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
